Of course, if none of the packages are exactly what you are looking for, then you can build your own package by purchasing a la carte.

    • Fill out the online form:

      • Our online information form is meant to address your needs. You are the premier expert on your business, so teach us! Fill us in on basic information such as contact information and your chosen color schemes, and then give us a sense of your vision for your company. What direction do you want to take your business in? We can help you get there. Why did you start your business in the first place? What goals do you have for the business? With any marketing job we do, we always want to improve profitability and enhance customer communication. Feel free to contact us with any questions, especially if you need clarification on any element of the form. After we receive the form, we will contact you by phone and set up a conference call or a face-to-face meeting. We want to confirm the order, first of all, and secondly, we want to gather more information about your needs.     • Initial mock-up of your design products:

      • Whether you are ordering a full-service website or just a set of business cards, a mock-up of the product will be available to you within 7 to 10 days. Naturally, more complicated products will be closer to the later end of the spectrum, while simpler products may be ready for you to look at sooner than 7 days. We provide this initial mock-up for you to critique, because we want to make sure the final product truly represents you and your business and will appeal to your customer base. Feedback on nearly every aspect of the product will be gathered via an email questionnaire or a phone call, and accommodating your wishes is our top priority.

    • Revised products:

      • Once we receive your feedback, the revised product will be ready for viewing within another week. Maybe at this stage, you will love what you see and be ready to take your product live. But maybe not. If there is still tweaking to be done, then let us know and we will be happy to revise again. This is YOUR new marketing strategy and it has to be right for you, your business, and your demographic. You are in control. But remember to get your feedback to us quickly! Tip of the Day

Know your customer. Keep a database with information about your client such as: what they purchase, how often they purchase and the last time they purchased. If you have an online store this shouldn’t be too difficult to establish and maintain. These are important because if you know what they purchase you can send them information on similar or complementary items. Knowing how often they purchase will allow you to be more proactive in the timing that you send them information on similar products. Finally, knowing the last time they purchased will help you determine if you’ve lost them as a customer. If they usually purchase every month but you haven’t heard from them in two, that’s a red flag that maybe you’re not meeting their needs anymore.
